- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Anweisungen
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (176°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add eggs, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients.
- Stir until well combined.
- Fold in dark chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Can be served warm or cold.
- Top with whipped cream or fruit if desired.
