- 1 turkey (12-14 lbs)
- 1 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons dried thyme
- 2 tablespoons rosemary
- 4 cups gluten-free vegetable broth
- 4 cups gluten-free stuffing mix
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup cranberries
Anweisungen
- Preheat the oven to 325°F.
- Rub the turkey with olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan.
- In a bowl, mix gluten-free stuffing, celery, onion, and cranberries with broth.
- Stuff the turkey with the mixture.
- Roast the turkey for 3-4 hours, basting occasionally.
- Check the internal temperature; it should reach 165°F.
- Let the turkey rest for 20 minutes before carving.
Notes
- You can use vegetable broth instead of chicken broth for flavor.
- Make sure all ingredients are certified gluten-free.
