- 2 cups gluten-free stuffing
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup butter

- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 4 cups mashed potatoes
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup green beans
- 1/2 cup almonds, sliced
- 1 pumpkin pie (gluten-free)
Anweisungen
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Prepare the turkey by seasoning it with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
- In a large skillet, melt butter and sauté onions and celery until soft.
- Add the gluten-free stuffing and vegetable broth to the skillet, mixing well.
- Stuff the turkey with the stuffing mixture.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and cover with foil.
- Roast for 3-4 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- While the turkey cooks, prepare mashed potatoes by boiling potatoes until tender, then mash with milk and butter.
- Steam green beans and toss with sliced almonds.
- Serve turkey with stuffing, mashed potatoes, green beans, and pumpkin pie.
