  • 1 teaspoon of rosemary
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Anweisungen

  1. Rinse quinoa under cold water.
  2. In a pot, combine quinoa and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. In a skillet, sauté onions, carrots, and celery until softened.
  5. Add garlic, thyme, and rosemary. Cook for 1 minute.
  6. Fluff quinoa and mix with sautéed vegetables.
  7. Season with salt and pepper. Serve warm.
