- 4 cod fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Anweisungen
- Season cod fillets with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Place cod fillets in the pan and sear for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove cod from the pan and set aside.
- Add butter to the pan and let it melt.
- Add parsley, dill, and lemon juice to the melted butter.
