- 1 pound fresh green beans
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and trim the green beans.
- In a bowl, mix green beans with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
- In the last 5 minutes, add sliced almonds to the baking sheet.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- For a crunchier texture, roast for an additional 5 minutes.
- Can be made ahead and reheated.
