- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Anweisungen
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, rosemary, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Add shrimp to the bowl and mix well to coat.
- Marinate shrimp for 15-30 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread shrimp onto skewers.
- Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side or until opaque.
- Remove from grill and serve immediately.
