- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste

Anweisungen
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into small logs or patties.
- Thread the shaped beef onto skewers.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the kabobs for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling.
