Delicious ground beef quesadillas filled with cheese and spices.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Anweisungen
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Sauté until vegetables are soft.
- Stir in chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Heat a separate skillet over medium heat.
- Place a tortilla in the skillet and add a portion of the beef mixture and cheese on one half.
- Fold the tortilla over and cook until golden brown on both sides.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas.
- Slice and serve hot.
Notes
- Serve with salsa or sour cream.
- Use any cheese of your choice.
- Customize with additional vegetables if desired.
