A simple and flavorful ground turkey dish made in a crockpot.
Zutaten

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 1 can black beans (15 oz), drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Anweisungen
- Brown the ground turkey in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the browned turkey to the crockpot.
- Add diced tomatoes, black beans, corn, onion, and garlic to the crockpot.
- Stir in chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Serve with rice or tortillas.
- Top with cheese or avocado if desired.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
