  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves

Anweisungen

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, and cloves.
  3. Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern.
