- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix frozen hashbrowns, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, melted butter, chopped onion, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
