- 8 oz cream cheese, softened

- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla. Beat for 2 minutes on medium speed.
- Stir in boiling water until well combined.
- Pour batter into greased cake pans.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cakes cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans.
- For the filling, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Spread cream cheese filling between the cooled cake layers.
- For the frosting, beat butter and cocoa powder together.
- Add powdered sugar and milk, mixing until smooth.
- Frost the top and sides of the cake with the chocolate buttercream.
