  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1/2 cup erythritol
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

Anweisungen

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, protein powder, erythritol, and baking powder.
  3. In another bowl, whisk eggs, applesauce, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and almond milk.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
