Homemade chicken bulgogi is a Korean-style marinated chicken dish that is grilled or stir-fried.
Zutaten

- 1 lb chicken thighs, sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Anweisungen
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and gochujang.
- Add sliced chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add marinated chicken.
- Add onions and cook until chicken is fully cooked.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- Serve with rice for a complete meal.
- Adjust the spiciness by adding more or less gochujang.
- This dish can also be grilled on skewers.
