Homemade lasagna made with layers of pasta, meat, cheese, and sauce.

- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Anweisungen
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a layer of marinara sauce at the bottom of a baking dish.
- Layer 3 noodles, half the beef, half the ricotta mixture, and a third of the mozzarella.
- Repeat the layers, finishing with noodles and remaining sauce.
- Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
- Let it cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Let the lasagna rest for better slicing.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Can be made ahead and refrigerated.
