  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Anweisungen

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
  3. In a skillet, brown the ground beef, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  4. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Spread a layer of marinara sauce at the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Layer 3 noodles, half the beef, half the ricotta mixture, and a third of the mozzarella.
  7. Repeat the layers, finishing with noodles and remaining sauce.
  8. Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  9. Bake for 30-40 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
  10. Let it cool for 10 minutes before slicing.

Notes

  • Let the lasagna rest for better slicing.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container.
  • Can be made ahead and refrigerated.
