  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 12 ounces mozzarella cheese, cut into sticks
  • Oil for frying

Anweisungen

  1. Prepare three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Dip each mozzarella stick into the flour, then into the eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  3. Freeze the coated sticks for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Fry the mozzarella sticks in batches until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes.
  6. Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
