- 1 cup marshmallow fluff

Anweisungen
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
- Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until combined.
- Stir in rolled oats.
- Drop tablespoons of dough onto baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
- Let cool on wire racks.
- For the filling, mix marshmallow fluff and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Spread filling on one cookie and top with another.
