- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
Anweisungen
- In a saucepan, combine strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice.
- Cook over medium heat until strawberries begin to break down, about 5 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water until smooth.
- Add cornstarch mixture to the saucepan.
- Stir and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until thickened.
- Remove from heat and let cool.

- Serve over ice cream, pancakes, or waffles.
