- 1 pound chicken breast
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups egg noodles
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Anweisungen
- Set the instant pot to sauté mode. Add onions, garlic, carrots, and celery. Cook until softened.
- Add chicken breast, broth, egg noodles, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Close the lid and set to manual high pressure for 10 minutes.
- Once done, perform a quick release of pressure.
- Shred the chicken and stir everything together before serving.

- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Use rotisserie chicken for a quicker option.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
