Zutaten

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
  • 4 cups water
  • 12 ounces spaghetti
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Anweisungen

  1. Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Form meatballs and set aside.
  3. Turn on the instant pot and select the sauté function.
  4. Add marinara sauce and water to the pot.
  5. Break spaghetti in half and add to the pot.
  6. Place meatballs on top of spaghetti.
  7. Close the lid and set the valve to sealing.
  8. Cook on manual high pressure for 8 minutes.
  9. Quick release the pressure and open the lid carefully.
  10. Stir everything together and serve.
