- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
Anweisungen
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, butter, and brown sugar until crumbly.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- In another bowl, combine corn syrup, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Stir in chopped pecans.
- Pour the pecan mixture over the baked crust.
- Bake for an additional 25-30 minutes.
- Let cool before cutting into bars.
