Zutaten
- Turkey – 1 (12-14 lbs)
- Olive oil – 1/2 cup
- Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
- Fresh rosemary – 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Fresh sage – 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Salt – to taste
- Pepper – to taste
- Italian sausage – 1 lb
- Bread – 1 loaf, cubed
- Vegetable broth – 2 cups
- Parmesan cheese – 1 cup, grated
- Green beans – 1 lb
- Cherry tomatoes – 2 cups
- Balsamic vinegar – 1/4 cup
- Pine nuts – 1/2 cup
Anweisungen
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Rub the turkey with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, sage, salt, and pepper.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and roast for 3-4 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- In a pan, cook the Italian sausage until browned.
- Add the cubed bread and vegetable broth to the sausage, mix well, and bake for 30 minutes.
- Steam the green beans until tender.
- Toss cherry tomatoes with balsamic vinegar and pine nuts, then roast for 20 minutes.
- Carve the turkey and serve with stuffing, green beans, and tomatoes.
