Zutaten

- 200g cream cheese
- 50g unsalted butter
- 100ml milk
- 3 large eggs
- 80g granulated sugar
- 40g all-purpose flour
- 20g cornstarch
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Anweisungen
- Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F).
- In a bowl, melt cream cheese and butter together.
- Add milk and mix until smooth.
- Separate eggs and add yolks to the mixture.
- Mix in sugar, flour, cornstarch, and lemon juice.
- In another bowl, whip egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- Carefully fold egg whites into the cream cheese mixture.
- Pour batter into a greased cake pan.
- Bake in a water bath for 50-60 minutes.
- Let cool before removing from the pan.
