Zutaten

  • 50g unsalted butter
  • 100ml milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 80g granulated sugar
  • 40g all-purpose flour
  • 20g cornstarch
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Anweisungen

  1. Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F).
  2. In a bowl, melt cream cheese and butter together.
  3. Add milk and mix until smooth.
  4. Separate eggs and add yolks to the mixture.
  5. Mix in sugar, flour, cornstarch, and lemon juice.
  6. In another bowl, whip egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  7. Carefully fold egg whites into the cream cheese mixture.
  8. Pour batter into a greased cake pan.
  9. Bake in a water bath for 50-60 minutes.
  10. Let cool before removing from the pan.
