Anweisungen
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour and erythritol.
- Add melted butter and mix until combined.
- Press the mixture into a pie pan to form the crust.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes.
- In a saucepan, melt chocolate chips over low heat.
- Whisk in eggs, vanilla, and cocoa powder until smooth.
- Pour chocolate mixture into the baked crust.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
- Whip heavy cream and spread over the pie before serving.
