			- 1 cup cauliflower rice
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried sage
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Anweisungen
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, sauté the onion, celery, and mushrooms until soft.
- Add garlic and cook for another minute.
- Stir in cauliflower rice, chicken broth, thyme, sage, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for 5 minutes until heated through.
- Remove from heat and mix in parmesan cheese.
- Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes.
