Anweisungen

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Prepare the turkey by rubbing it with butter, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stuff the turkey with fresh herbs.
  4. Roast the turkey for about 3-4 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  5. Meanwhile, steam cauliflower until tender, then blend with heavy cream and cheddar cheese for a creamy mash.
  6. Blanch green beans in boiling water for 3 minutes, then toss with olive oil and season.
  7. For dessert, mix pumpkin puree, erythritol, almond flour, and eggs in a bowl, then bake for 45 minutes at 350°F (175°C).
  8. Let the turkey rest for 20 minutes before carving.
