- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup key lime juice
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 large egg yolks
- Whipped cream for topping
Anweisungen
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of mini tart pans.
- Bake for 8 minutes and let cool.
- In another bowl, whisk together key lime juice, sweetened condensed milk, and egg yolks.
- Pour the key lime mixture into the cooled crusts.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Top with whipped cream before serving.
