- 2 pounds Korean country ribs
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Anweisungen
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, green onions, rice vinegar, and black pepper.
- Add the ribs to the marinade and coat evenly.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove ribs from marinade and place on the grill.
- Grill ribs for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less brown sugar.
- Serve with steamed rice and kimchi.
- Store leftover ribs in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
