- 4 lamb chops
- 2 cups lobster meat, cooked
- 2 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 cup cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Anweisungen
- Boil potatoes until tender, about 15 minutes.
- Drain and mash with cream, butter, salt, and pepper.
- Fold in lobster meat into the mash.
- Season lamb chops with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear lamb chops for 4 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- In the same skillet, add asparagus and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
- Plate lobster mash, top with lamb chops, and serve with asparagus.
