A hearty lasagna soup made in a crockpot.
Zutaten

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (28 ounces) crushed tomatoes
- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 cups uncooked lasagna noodles, broken
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Anweisungen
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with onion and garlic.
- Transfer the mixture to the crockpot.
- Add crushed tomatoes, beef broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Cook on low for 6 hours.
- Stir in broken lasagna noodles and cook for another 30 minutes.
- Serve with ricotta and mozzarella on top.

- You can substitute ground turkey for beef.
- Add vegetables for more nutrition.
