Zutaten

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (28 ounces) crushed tomatoes
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups uncooked lasagna noodles, broken
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Anweisungen

  1. In a skillet, brown the ground beef with onion and garlic.
  2. Transfer the mixture to the crockpot.
  3. Add crushed tomatoes, beef broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cook on low for 6 hours.
  5. Stir in broken lasagna noodles and cook for another 30 minutes.
  6. Serve with ricotta and mozzarella on top.
