- 1 onion, chopped

- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 cups uncooked pasta (lasagna noodles, broken)

- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Anweisungen
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef with onion and garlic over medium heat.
