Zutaten

  • 1 cup ground almonds or hazelnuts
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/2 cup fruit preserves (raspberry or apricot)

Anweisungen

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, ground nuts, powdered sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream the butter and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture.
  5. Chill the dough for 30 minutes.

  7. Cut out centers of half the cookies for filling.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden.
  9. Let cookies cool and spread preserves on the solid cookies.
  10. Top with the cut-out cookies and dust with powdered sugar.
