- 4 large baking potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped chives
- 1/4 cup cooked bacon bits
- Salt and pepper to taste
Anweisungen
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and dry the potatoes.
- Slice potatoes into thick rounds without cutting all the way through.
- Place potatoes on a baking sheet.
- Brush with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until tender.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle cheese on top.
- Return to oven for 5 minutes until cheese melts.
- Top with sour cream, chives, and bacon bits before serving.
