A delicious recipe for cooking lobster tails.

- 4 lobster tails
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Anweisungen
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter and mix in garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cut the top shell of the lobster tails lengthwise.
- Brush the lobster meat with the butter mixture.
- Place the lobster tails on the grill, meat side down.
- Grill for 5-7 minutes, then flip and brush with more butter.
- Grill for another 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
- Remove from grill and serve immediately.
Notes
- Make sure not to overcook the lobster.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
