Zutaten
- Almond flour – 2 cups
- Granulated erythritol – 1 cup
- Cocoa powder – 1/2 cup
- Baking powder – 1 tsp
- Eggs – 4 large
- Unsalted butter – 1/2 cup melted
- Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
- Unsweetened almond milk – 1/2 cup
- Dark chocolate chips (sugar-free) – 1 cup
Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, erythritol, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, melted butter, vanilla, and almond milk.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients.
- Fold in dark chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
