- 3 lbs turkey, whole
- 1 cup butter, unsalted
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp dried thyme
- 1 tbsp rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups cauliflower, riced
- 1 cup green beans, trimmed
Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Rub the turkey with butter, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and pour chicken broth around it.
- Roast the turkey for about 2 to 2.5 hours, basting occasionally.
- While the turkey cooks, steam the cauliflower and green beans until tender.
- Let the turkey rest for 20 minutes before carving.
- Serve with the steamed vegetables.
