- 1 pound ziti pasta
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the ziti pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in marinara sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, mix ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, and half of the Parmesan cheese.
- Combine cooked ziti with the meat sauce and cheese mixture.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
