- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (28 ounces) crushed tomatoes
- 1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
- 1 can (6 ounces) tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 8 ounces spaghetti, cooked and drained
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with chopped onion and minced garlic.
- Add crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- In a large bowl, mix cooked spaghetti with ricotta cheese.
- Layer half of the spaghetti mixture in a greased baking dish.
- Spread half of the meat sauce over the spaghetti.
- Add half of the mozzarella cheese on top.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining spaghetti, meat sauce, and mozzarella cheese.
- Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Notes
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator.
- Freezes well for later use.
