Mince pies are small pastries filled with a mixture of dried fruits and spices.

- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1 cup mincemeat filling
Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt.
- Add butter and mix until crumbly.
- Stir in cold water until dough forms.
- Roll out dough and cut into circles.
- Place circles in muffin tin.
- Fill each with mincemeat.
- Cover with another circle of dough.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Cool before serving.
Notes
- Use store-bought mincemeat for convenience.
- Serve warm with whipped cream.
