Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C).
- Whip egg whites until soft peaks form.
- Gradually add sugar, beating until stiff peaks form.
- Add vanilla, vinegar, and cornstarch; mix gently.
- Pipe or spoon meringue onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 1 hour, then turn off the oven and let meringues cool inside.
- Whip cream until soft peaks form.
- Top cooled meringues with whipped cream and mixed berries.
