Zutaten

- 1 package pie crusts
- 2 cups fruit filling (apple, cherry, or pumpkin)
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- 1 tablespoon sugar (for topping)
Anweisungen
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pie crusts and cut them into small circles.
- Place the pie crust circles into a mini muffin tin.
- Fill each mini crust with your choice of fruit filling.
- Top with another small circle of crust or leave open.
- Brush the tops with egg wash and sprinkle with sugar.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before serving.
