- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup pumpkin puree

- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp baking soda

- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, sugar, brown sugar, oil, and eggs.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Grease mini bundt pans and fill them with the batter.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cakes cool before removing from pans.
- For the glaze, mix powdered sugar and maple syrup until smooth.
- Drizzle glaze over the cooled cakes.
