- Add chocolate chips, protein powder, and peppermint extract.
- Stir until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.

Notes
- Feel free to substitute almond butter for peanut butter.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
