A savory Mississippi pot roast made in a crockpot.
Zutaten

- 3 to 4 pounds chuck roast
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 packet au jus gravy mix
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup pepperoncini peppers
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
Anweisungen
- Place the chuck roast in the crockpot.
- Sprinkle the ranch dressing and au jus gravy mixes over the roast.
- Add the beef broth and pepperoncini peppers.
- Top with the butter.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the meat is tender.
- Shred the meat with a fork and serve.
