- 4 cups milk
- 1/2 cup sugar

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup raisins (optional)
Anweisungen
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the rice according to package instructions.
- In a mixing bowl, combine milk, sugar, salt, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Stir in the cooked rice and beaten eggs.
- Add raisins if desired.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until set and golden on top.
