- 1 cup of rice
- 2 cups of milk
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 egg, beaten
Anweisungen
- Rinse the rice under cold water.
- In a pot, combine rice, milk, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer until rice is tender, about 20 minutes.
- Stir in vanilla, cinnamon, and beaten egg.
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving.
