A rich and indulgent cake inspired by Mounds candy bars.
Zutaten
Skala
- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup chocolate syrup
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Anweisungen
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the cake mix according to package instructions.
- Pour the batter into a greased 9×13 inch pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.
- Poke holes all over the cake with a fork.
- Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the cake, filling the holes.
- Spread shredded coconut over the top.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup on top.
- Cool completely, then top with whipped topping and chocolate chips.
Notes
- This cake is best served chilled.
- You can use dark chocolate syrup for a richer flavor.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
