A delicious Mounds Poke Cake featuring chocolate and coconut flavors.

- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup chocolate fudge sauce
- 1 container whipped topping
- 1/2 cup chocolate shavings
Anweisungen
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the cake mix according to package instructions.
- Pour the batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool for 10 minutes.
- Poke holes all over the cake with a fork.
- Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the cake, filling the holes.
- Spread chocolate fudge sauce over the top.
- Top with whipped topping and sprinkle with shredded coconut and chocolate shavings.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.

- Use full-fat sweetened condensed milk for best flavor.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- For added texture, use toasted coconut on top.
