- 1 cup mushrooms, diced
- 1 shallot, finely chopped
- 4 oz goat cheese, softened
- 1 tbsp fresh herbs (thyme, parsley, or chives), chopped

Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into squares.
- In a pan, sauté the shallot and mushrooms until soft. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix the goat cheese with the fresh herbs.
- Place a spoonful of the mushroom mixture on each pastry square.
- Add a dollop of the herbed goat cheese on top.
- Brush the edges of the pastry with beaten egg.
